These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aesthetic Korea website and any purchase of products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Aesthetic Korea is a wholesale supplier of Korean medical aesthetics products, based in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

1. Eligibility — professional buyers only

Our products are supplied strictly to licensed medical professionals, clinics, med-spas, and authorized distributors. You must be at least 21 years old and, where required, complete buyer verification before pricing, payment, or shipment. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Products

Our products are professional medical aesthetics items intended for use by qualified professionals only. As Korean-market products, packaging and documentation may include Korean regulatory labeling and Korean text alongside English product information. Product availability is not guaranteed and is confirmed before payment.

3. Orders and confirmation

You build your order from our catalog and submit an order request. No order is binding until we confirm availability, pricing, shipping, and payment details with you on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Final pricing, shipping costs, and any order minimums are confirmed on WhatsApp before your order is finalized. Payment is completed before dispatch using the options confirmed with you.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide from Korea and from regional warehouses. Next-day delivery across the USA is available as a paid express option. Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance, and for ensuring the products may be lawfully imported and used in your region. 6. All sales final

Due to the temperature-sensitive and regulated nature of the products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is confirmed and shipped, except as set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy for shipments that arrive damaged or incorrect.

7. Buyer responsibility and compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to purchasing, importing, storing, handling, and using these products in your jurisdiction, and for holding any licenses required. Products must be handled, stored, and administered only by qualified professionals.

8. Authenticity

Products supplied through Aesthetic Korea are authentic Korean-version products. Batch, lot, and expiry details may be provided to verified buyers on request, where available.

9. Limitation of liability

Products are supplied “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aesthetic Korea is not liable for any misuse of the products or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from their purchase or use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by Aesthetic Korea and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
