How much can I earn per referral?
Up to $500 in product credit, tiered to their first order: $150 at $1,000+, $300 at $2,500+, and $500 at $5,000+ — with no limit on how many clinics you refer.
Is the reward cash or product credit?
Product credit, applied to your account toward future orders. There is no cash payout.
When is my credit issued?
Automatically — once the clinic you referred is verified and their first qualifying order ships and clears.
